As I haven’t made it to Las Vegas, updates to the goings on out there will be limited to the dirt I can stir up on the return of Bill and Richard. I shouldn’t have to stir too hard 😉
On a more important note, there’s a new version of AudioCore available, a new version of iCore and coupled with that an update ot the DC1048 firmware. Remember that the DC1048 firmware is now automatically bundled in with iCore so just download that and you’ll be prompted to update your unit(s) next time you go on-line.
AudioCore update is to include a new OEM processor for DAS audio so there’s no desperate need to get it unless you’ve just received a DSP2060A…there are a few minor bug fixes, so have a look at the revision history and update at your leisure.
Does anyone know how to limit the spam comments I am getting on here? Some more real ones would really make me feel wanted and loved 🙂

Thanks for sticking around at XTA and helping out with the release of v1.12 for the DC1048. 18,800 km away in New Zealand, the DC1048 update went smoothly via the front panel USB.
iCore note: Being more familiar with Audiocore, I noticed that “Ganging in AudioCore” = “Linking in iCore”

Hi Martin – there is a certain level of “symantic friction” between the two packages – sounds good that!
Ganging and linking, and you’ll notice in version 2 of iCore (when the 4 Series are added, along with custom control panels!) presets means memories in general not just OEM settings.
Personally, I think we should clarify things a bit more and maybe still differentiate further and have “User Memories” and “OEM Crossover Presets” as it needs to be made clear that presets are output stuff only and can contain parameter by parameter lockout info.

Yes the system wide presets,recalls and custom panels are killer features. Make it obvious in the software that you are indeed talking to a single unit with an OEM preset or a “system wide recall”.
would/could any system wide re-calls also control any Network Audio routing?
